Presidents have no power. Their function is 

1. provide illusion of democracy
2. distract
3. 3-take the blame when the High Banking Command wants to do something really unpleasant.

You can see how nasty what they have planned is by how they are setting Trump up to be so eminently hate-able.   

First you liked him in 2016. Then they use him to undermine the only resistance they have in the logical / conservative right.   Then they use him to take the blame when they go on a looting binge again.

Replay of Hoover.  Hoover took the blame for the Great Depression but he was the engineered fall guy.  Most people have no historical perspective on Hoover.

The powers that be don't want you to know more about Hoover because once you know the history of Hoover you realize the game.  

Hoover was a mining stock swindler that supposedly was banned from the London stock market.  How bad do you have to be to be banned from that?  First think I think of when I think of the London stock exchange is swindlers.

I wish I could laugh this off, but it feels more like Trump is trying to get ahead of a narrative he expects to face. Presidents have no power.  When people discuss President X they might as well be gossiping about the love life of Barbie and Ken.   If you take their cloths off they have no naughty bits with which to be romantic.  The reality is presidents have very limited function

1. Actor used to continue the illusion of democracy
2. To be a target of hate when the bankers do something unpleasant. 

Apply these principles to President Bonespurs.  They're setting him to to be eminently hatable. He's part of that operation.  Remember the when Orange Julius did some wresting federation acting?  He's the wrestling heel.   

It is my supposition that you can tell how nasty the move the bankers want to make by how much hate their presidential scape goat is being set up for.
